No returns are accepted after 90 days.
If you receive an item is damaged or defective, please call customer service immediately at 1-800-307-8386. You will not be charged shipping for returns that are the result of Medline error, defect or damage.
If you ordered an item in error, please call into 1-800-307-8386 to begin the return process. Please note that due to the personal nature of some health and wellness items there are certain products that can’t be returned. If your item is eligible for return, there is a 5% restock for the first 30 days, 10% restock 31-60 days and 20% restock 61-90 days; restock fee will automatically be deducted from the return amount. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility and shipping costs will not be credited.
Returned items must be unopened and in new condition. A return may be rejected because of the physical condition of the items. Specifically: (a) only items in full, complete and unopened cases with original packaging are returnable and (b) items otherwise in an unsalable condition due to improper storage or damaged packaging are not returnable.
